We are delighted that Allan Clayton, one of the one of the leading tenors of our age, will join the Kaleidoscope Chamber Collective for a very special programme of English music featuring Vaughan Williams’ “On Wenlock Edge”, evocative setting of A. E. Houseman’s poetry, as well as a selection of folk songs old and new, including new arrangements by Tom Poster, the Collective’s co-founder and pianist.
The concert concludes with a performance of Elgar’s magnificent piano quintet.
